Built in 1929, this stone and stucco Georgian in Homeland, Maryland had seen little change beyond a modest 1940s addition. The renovation reconfigured the house for contemporary family living, centering the plan around a generous kitchen and expanded gathering spaces with improved flow throughout, while preserving the period details that first drew the owners to it.
