One of our favorite projects in northwest Connecticut, this historic Dutch Colonial in Litchfield County had been on the market for years and was in need of a clear vision. Over the course of a year, the original 18th-century house was restored, with later additions reconsidered and integrated into a more cohesive whole. The home now feels grounded and resolved—renewed, yet still true to its history.
